2. Don't install FlexNET Publisher License Manager
3. Overwrite the <14.02.010-R8 program folder>
(by default C:\Program Files\Siemens\14.02.010-R8) with cracked one
4. Copy "license.dat" to computer
5. Define environment variable CDLMD_LICENSE_FILE pointing to license.dat
6. Reboot
